"I made this piece thinking about our relationship and the relationship we were having with our move to California. I wanted it to be a moment in time, where little details would tell the story of where we were, and what we were going through. For example, I started a jewelry business with one of me closest friends, and you can see me wearing a few of the pieces which were just launched then. Leo doesn’t have a black guitar anymore, or those boots and he doesn't live there anymore (we live together now). And so on. I wanted the viewer to be in this conversation too, by making a triangulation of looks between Leo, me and now you. It’s a little ode to life."
